All jade ornaments sold by our company come with a Type A Natural Jade Certification.

Soak jade in water with the temperature lower than 40 degrees Celsius, and then wipe it with soft cloth. It is recommended to take it off while in bath to prevent remaining detergent from being stuck in the holes.

Keep silver jewelry dry and do not wear it near hot springs. When not wearing it, wipe the surface with cotton cloth or tissue to rid water and dirt. Place it in a sealed bag or box to avoid contact with air.
If silver jewelry turns yellow, the simplest method is to clean the surface with toothpaste with little water, or clean the slits with a jewelry brush and then gently wipe the surface with silver polishing cloth. It should immediately restore its luster.

Depending on different types of products, there are limitations in product structures, so there would be different processing methods with different prices.

Some types of products need to be sent back to the factory for modification, so the processing time is approximately three business days.

When wearing the ornament, do not engage in activities such as exercising, cooking, and gardening that may damage the jewelry.
Do not let the ornament come into contact with makeup and household detergent, because the chemical compounds may cause the jewelry to fade in color.
Do not let the ornament undergo drastic temperature changes.
Place every jewelry ornament separately or put them back to the original jewelry box, or place them in jewelry box compartments. Necklaces should be buckled and lay flat to avoid being knotted.
